If you are not totally satisfied with your order and the item(s) is unused and the original packaging is intact, then the item(s) can be returned for free within thirty (30) days of the item’s ship date, if you are located in the US.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and you are outside of the U.S. don't worry! We can help you return your item(s) for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within thirty (30) days of the item's ship date, if the item is unused with the original packaging intact. Unfortunately we are not able to create international return labels, we kindly ask that you pay for the most economical method for return shipping.
* Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
* If your Luriax product is defective or have some other issues, please refer to our 1-year warranty.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
