Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
We are confident your LURIAX product will be a quality companion. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! Our Customer Care team will gladly guide you through our return, refund and exchange policy.
 
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the item has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 
Return shipping
If you are eligible for a return, please know LURIAX does not cover shipping costs for returns. It is your responsibility to cover your own shipping costs for returning your product. If you are returning your item for a refund or exchange you must provide a valid tracking number of return shipment to our Customer Care team.
